I feel like embroidery is one of those mediums that I would enjoy due to the tedium and detail required. A design can be applied to so many things and the payoff in the end is a beautiful little piece of handiwork. 

I know that the very thing that interests me will ultimately perpetuate my imagined allergy to picking up new hobbies that require any kind of patience and learning, and I'll quit before I ever begin.

So until the day that someone ties a needle and thread to my fingers I'll have to admire the work of Yumiko Higuchi. See more here. Follow there.
