Chef John

I have frequently joked that without John I'd starve to death. OK, that may not be entirely true, but the quality of my meals swiftly plummets if he's not at the helm. One of my standout favorites is oysters. I only recently discovered them (New Orleans 2003 does not count -- a single bite and I abandoned ship), but am hooked. Raw, smoked, grilled -- I'm in.
